Mansion Beltinci

The Beltinci castle is found in a huge park located in the western part of Muraszombat. Not too many data is known about the history of the ruins. The building must have been built in the 17th century as a water fortress to guard the road between Csáktornya and Muraszombat. Only 3 remained of its several storey corner towers, which have crenel windows. The upper part of the buildings that connect the towers are in good condition, now forming an L-shape. The remainings of the ditch cannot be found any more.
