Gingerbread Products

The fragrance of fresh gingerbread, red colored gingerbread hearts with a special message. Slovenians are believed that this gingerbread is made of rice flour until the 19th century. Dough was molded with handcrafted models and the resulting shapes were baked or dried. The dough was made from various forms whiches painted and decorated with a color sugar mixture. The finished cake was dried, glued and decorated with poems. The most liked shapes are horse, heart and deer and baby ... and this is still the case today.
