Route description:
This route follows the steps of an artist from the 14–15th centuries known as János Aquila (Johannes Aquila), who worked in four countries. The 65-70 km-long route, which can be covered in one day, visits his paintings in Selo and Turnišče in Prekmurje and in Velemér in Hungary. His further paintings can be seen in Fürstenfeld, Austria and Šenkovec, Croatia. The round tour touches the following important stops starting from Velemér: Magyarszombatfa, Selo, Martjanci, Moravske Toplice, Bogojina, Turnišče, Dobrovnik, Kobilje.
