Route description:
Szentgotthárd, Hungary is both the starting and the end point of this five-day-long tour. After passing Alsó- and Felsőszölnök, we cross the border at Martinje, Slovenia. Here we turn to the south and cycle through a friendly hilly area of patches of forests as far as our first important stop, Hodoš. The next settlement is Kprlivnik, which is followed by several neat villages like Domanjševci, Prosenjakovci, Kobilje, Dobrovnik, Genterovci, Mostje, Dolga vas, Lendava and Pince, before we get back to Hungary at Tornyiszentmiklós.
